We're seeking an E-commerce Key Account Manager to spearhead client growth across top platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. Craft tailored strategies, execute impactful marketing campaigns and ensure seamless operations.

What Will You Do
- Recommend commercial strategy for clients across E-commerce Marketplace (Lazada, Shopee) and Social Comerce (TikTok).
- Execute marketing strategy for different clients, whether it be via online marketing, participating in a campaign or more.
- Support day-to-day operations in content creation, supply chain management, and promotion management and business analytics.
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, graphic designer, content team, customer service team, etc.) or 3rd party service partners to ensure deliverables on time.
- Maintain close relationships with clients by ensuring client’s issues are addressed and fixed promptly.
- Oversee sales performance (GMV), online marketing performance, campaign performance and operational excellence for each client.
- Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on a weekly or monthly basis.
What Are The Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or Economics is
preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in account management or project management experience in the fields of e-commerce, advertising, FMCG or banking is a plus.
- Experience with online advertising, merchandising and/or campaign planning is a plus.
- Experience in retail or eCommerce business/industry will be an advantage (e.g. health & beauty, fashion, home appliance, power tool, etc.)
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written) and fluent in Thai is a must.
