Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytics activities, including stress/back testing, pricing structure, and scoring management.
• Performing risk modeling activities to optimize portfolio quality, business growth, and profitability.
• Establishing a credit risk appetite and monitoring it on a regular basis.
• Establishing credit planning guidelines to support achieving credit portfolio targets.
• Implementing IFRS 9 / PSAK 71 for calculating PD, LGD, EAD, CCF, FL, and ECL.
• Establishing a Risk Portfolio Report to analyze acquisition trends, demographics, concentration, portfolio at risk, portfolio quality, predictive analysis, macroeconomics & industry analysis, and provisioning analysis.

Qualifications :

• Proficient in risk analytics, scoring, and modeling, with knowledge of data science programming languages like SQL, SAS, and Python.
• Dedicated, enthusiastic, self-driven, and performance-oriented with a strong work ethic and borderless mindset
• Well organized with strong capability in managing multiple priorities and completing projects on time
• At least 4+ years of working experience in banking or multi-finance 
• Potential profiles could have titles of risk analyst/manager in P2P platform OR multifinance companies or banks that specialize in SME unsecured lending.
